About Chapoteo
Chapoteo is an outdoor city water park in El Paso's Mission Valley, owned by the City of El Paso and managed by Legends. It has enclosed flume slides, a lazy river and a recreation pool with a climbing wall over the deep end. Little kids get a zero-depth kiddie pool and a play structure, and there's a concession stand and shaded seating. Coolers are allowed with a cooler pass.
