Texas public pools open year-round
Indoor pools and outdoor pools that stay open all year: 31 in 13 towns.
The short answer
31 Texas public pools are open all year: 19 indoor pools and 12 outdoor pools kept open year-round. 2 list heated water and 29 have lap lanes.
Open year-round doesn't mean the same hours all year. Many cities post separate winter and summer hours, and outdoor pools can close for cold weather or lightning. Each pool's official page has the current hours, so check before you go.
